Summer Charity Concerts

This term there will be two charity concerts taking place:
“Playing Together” on Saturday 18th June, 2011 at 10:30am at Upton Village Hall, and
“Ludus Cantiones” on Saturday 25th June, 2011 at 11am at St. Columba’s Hall.

Concert of duets raises £260 for Music School

The last “Playing Together” concert at King’s School, Chester was very well attended. Thirty students performed duets, trios and ensembles which included a variety of other instruments including guitars, saxophones, flutes and a recorder.

The video promised at the last concert is now available so that you can hear how Betina is progressing. Adding the total raised at the last concert this year’s Kampala Music School bursary fund now stands at £250. We will continue to support it with the next concert in November.
