stagepianoballoons The concert went very nicely on Saturday raising a healthy sum for CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA. If you didn’t get a chance to make a donation then it is still possible to do so online and add to the total. Clicking on the banner to the left of the website will take you straight to the on-line donation page.

pianopointscup Five students were presented with certificates for recent ABRSM exam successes and Alice received the piano points cup which she gets to keep until the next concert. As I mentioned at the concert, the piano points results for this term will be published on Sunday 20th December.

If you have media from the concert (photos or video) that you would like to share then please feel free to add them to the facebook event page for the concert. I have uploaded audio recordings of all the performances but not added them to the gallery this time. Email me if you would like a link to hear your performance again.

fighting Britain's biggest childhood cancerThe next piano concert will take place at All Saint’s Church, Hoole on Saturday 5th December, 2009 at 11am. It will last no longer than 45 minutes.

CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA EventsThis term, the concert will be supporting ‘Children with Leukaemia’. They are the UK’s leading charity, inaugurated by Diana, Princess of Wales and dedicated to fighting Britain’s biggest childhood cancer. There are no tickets for the concert but a donation of £3 per audience member towards the charity is suggested and will be collected before or after the concert.

Visit event on FacebookThe overall consensus for the concert date seems to be Saturday 5th December at 11am so I have booked the church at All Saint’s, Hoole. More details will be published in my newsletter before half term…

Dear Will and all your students,

Thank you very much for the very generous cheque of £300 that you have sent for a KMS bursary. We really appreciate all the hard work you put into performing at two student recitals. We do trust you really enjoyed performing and putting the recitals on and that you enjoyed meeting and hearing Terence Ayebare.

Your money will go out to Kampala soon and a student will be allocated to you and information about him or her will be sent to you.

Thank you once again.

Best wishes,

Fiona
